4SIGHT is a small, progressive interactive marketing agency. We are devoted to finding relevant solutions that meet our clients' changing interactive marketing needs. We work hard to identify our clients' business challenges, collaboratively shape solutions that drive their strategic initiatives, and keep them informed in the ways that current and future 4SIGHT services can enhance their online and/or offline presence. In addition to being engaging and personable, analytical and proactive, and energetic and creative, the Account Manager should have the entrepreneurial spirit and be willing to learn and take on new challenges.
The Account Manager will service the needs of his/her clients throughout the length of an engagement and acts as a liaison to the internal teams to gather and communicate all relevant facts needed to deliver on the clients’ needs. He/she is responsible for reviewing all major milestone deliverables prior to client submission, and shares in accountability for all client deliverables. Because of the growth nature of this position, compensation will include significant performance incentives and bonuses – You will directly share in the success of your practice!
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Two to four years online marketing experience including campaign development and performance analyses
- Experience developing, executing and monitoring effective online marketing campaigns
- A minimum two years experience in a client-facing position (e.g., account management, client management, or business development)
- A solid understanding of web analytics, optimization, and site analysis
- Strong in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and aptitude to quickly learn new tools
- Experience assisting in business development activities, including creating and participating in client presentations and pitches
- Exceptional problem-resolution skills including the ability to think creatively in the development of ideas/solutions that will contribute value in a dynamic, client-centered environment
- Ability to work well in a team, to shine as an individual and to maintain a sense of humor
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including extremely strong written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor’s Degree
